The steps for changing your discovery+ payment details vary depending on who bills you. If you know who bills you, skip to Step 2.
Step 1: Find who bills you
If you're not sure who bills you for discovery+, search your email accounts for a discovery+ subscription email (try searching for discovery+).
You can also find who bills you on your Account page. Here's how:
- Sign in at discoveryplus.com.
- Choose your profile (upper right) and then Account.
- In the Billing section:
- If discovery+ bills you, choose Update, add your payment details, and choose Save.
- If a TV, broadband, or mobile provider bills you, you'll see discovery+ via (company name).
- If an app store bills you, you'll see 'Changes to billing details must be made on the app store' message.
Step 2: Change your payment method
Choose who bills you for discovery+ and follow the steps:
Subscribed at discoveryplus.com
If you subscribed at discoveryplus.com, you can update your payment details at discoveryplus.com. Here's how:
- Sign in at discoveryplus.com.
- Choose your profile icon (upper right) and then Account.
- In the Billing section, choose Update.
If Update isn't available, your subscription is billed through an app store or with your TV package. - Add your new payment method information and choose Save.

If you subscribed through the discovery+ app, choose your app store to find out how to change your payment details:
- Amazon: Manage payment methods
- Apple: Update your payment method
- Google Play: Edit your Google Play payment method
- Roku: Update your payment method
Subscribed through another provider
If you get discovery+ with your TV or mobile package, please contact them to change your payment details.
