This error message indicates that you have surpassed the maximum number of simultaneous streams allowed - which is four. If your account has four active streams, you'll be unable to start a fifth streaming session.
To stream on your current device, please quit one of your active streams, and then relaunch the video you were trying to watch. You can also remove all linked devices by following the instructions below:
- Select the account icon.
- Choose "Account" from the dropdown menu.
- On the Manage Your Account screen, select "Manage Devices" in the Your Account module.
- Select which devices to remove on the Manage Devices screen.
