If You Are A discovery+ Subscriber
If you have an existing account and are directly billed by discovery+ then once you’ve subscribed to TELUS Stream+ or Koodo, your discovery+ subscription will be automatically billed through TELUS or Koodo, with no change to your profiles or account settings. You will be refunded any fees you have already paid for the current month.
We will send you a confirmation email within 5 days including the amount of your refund.
If you benefit from a promotional offer your billing period will start after the promotion and be transferred to your TELUS or Koodo account.
If You Are a discovery+ Subscriber Through a Third- Party App Store
If your current discovery+ subscription was activated and billed through an app store such as Amazon, Apple, Google, or Roku, the TELUS or Koodo offer will not automatically replace your discovery+ subscription.
After you enroll in your new subscription through TELUS or Koodo, you will receive an email with information on how to manage your existing subscription billed by a 3rd party.
