For subscribers with existing discovery+ accounts, billing begins when you add Stream+ to your My TELUS or Koodo account.
Make sure to activate your discovery+ service offer from My TELUS or Koodo account to link your existing account and transfer your billing from Discovery to your provider TELUS or Koodo. All your preferences and account details will be saved.
If you add Stream+ and activate your service during an on-going billing cycle with discovery+, your charges will be prorated and you will pay the remaining portion to TELUS. or Koodo. We will also issue a refund for the same period of the remaining billing cycle to avoid any overcharge.
