If the quality of your downloaded show or video is poor, there are a couple methods you can try to improve it.
From app settings:
- Select the profile icon at the top right corner of the app
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Download Settings"
- Select "Video Quality"
- Make sure that video quality is set to "Best"
From your Downloads page:
- Get into your folder by tapping the Downloads icon at the bottom of your screen
- Select "Setting" on the top right corner of the page
- Select "Video Quality"
- Make sure that video quality is set to "Best"
How do I delete a download?
You can delete downloaded shows or videos individually by swiping left on the episode or video you would like to delete, then tapping "X," then selecting "Delete Download."
