If you subscribed to discovery+ through Prime Video Channels, The Roku Channel, DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM, DISH, or Sling TV, you’ll need to stream discovery+ using those apps where you signed up. (You won’t have access to the discovery+ app.)
If you’re not sure what your discovery+ password is, you can sign in without one or reset it.
Here's how to sign in without a password:

When prompted for your password, choose Get a Code Instead.

Check your inbox for an email from discovery+ with the subject line "Time Sensitive: Your one-time discovery+ code". This email should arrive within a few minutes.

Enter the 6-digit code from your email.

Choose who's watching and you're ready to stream.
No 'one-time code' email?
If you don't get an email from noreply.email@discoveryplus.com within a few minutes, do the following:

Check all inbox folders, including Promotions, Junk, and Spam.

If another email may be associated with your discovery+ account, try signing in with that email address. Then follow the 'Sign in without a password' steps again.
If you still don’t get an email from us, please contact us for help.
If you don’t know your discovery+ password, you can reset it. You need to have access to your account email in order to reset your password.
If you subscribed at discoveryplus.com or using the discovery+ app, here’s how to reset your password:

Enter your discovery+ account email and choose Submit.

Check your inbox for a discovery+ 'Password Reset' email. This email should arrive within a few minutes.

Open the most recent Password Reset email and choose Reset Your Password.

Enter a new password and choose Save.
No 'password reset' email?
If you don't get an email from noreply.email@discoveryplus.com within a few minutes, do the following:

Check all inbox folders, including Promotions, Junk, and Spam.

Try the password reset steps above for each of your email accounts.
