To add discovery+ to your Sling TV subscription, follow these steps:

Go to sling.com and sign in to your Sling account.

Choose your profile (upper-right corner and then choose My Account.

Choose Manage Add-ons.

Scroll down to Premium.

Find Discovery+ and choose Add.

Choose Review to verify the change.

Choose Confirm to add discovery+.
