Change video quality or delete downloads

You can change the video quality of your download in the discovery+ app.

  1. Open the discovery+ app on your phone or tablet.

  2. Select the Downloads icon (bottom edge).

  3. Select the gear icon (upper right).

  4. Select Video Quality.

  5. Choose your desired video quality, e.g. 'Best.'

You can also change the video quality in Settings. Here's how:

  1. Open the discovery+ app on your phone or tablet.

  2. Select the profile icon (upper right).

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select Download Settings.

  5. Select Video Quality.

  6. Choose your desired video quality, e.g. 'Best.'

Delete a download

  1. Open the discovery+ app on your phone or tablet.

  2. Select the Downloads icon (bottom edge).

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Swipe left on the episode you want to delete. Select X, and then Delete Download.

    • Select the episode you want to delete. Select the checkmark icon, and then Delete Download.
