'11819' error message

If you get an 'AVFoundationErrorDomain-11819' error on your Apple TV or iOS device, you'll need to restart your device to clear the error. Here's how:

Apple TV

  1. Unplug your TV and Apple TV device for 2 minutes.

  2. Plug both devices back in.

  3. Turn both devices back on.

  4. Open discovery+ app and try watching something.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Press and hold the side button and one volume button until the power-off slider appears.

  2. Drag the slider to power off your device.

  3. Wait 10 seconds, and then press the Sleep/Wake button (right side) to turn on your device.
