Create or edit profiles

For a more personalized experience, you can create up to 5 profiles for everyone in your household. Profiles keep track of what you've watched and what you'd like to watch.

Create a profile

  1. In discovery+, choose your profile and then + New Profile (you may need to scroll right if you have more than 3 profiles).

  2. Select an avatar or choose Skip.

  3. Enter a name (between 1 and 14 characters).

  4. To create a Family profile, turn on Family Mode.

  5. Choose Save.

Once saved, you can edit your profile to make changes.

Edit a profile

  1. In discovery+, choose your profile.

  2. Choose Edit Profiles or the Edit icon below the profile you want to change.

  3. Make changes to the profile and choose Done.
