'Video not available' error message

If you get a 'video not available' error message, try the following:

1. Close the discovery+ app or browser window.
2. Clear the data and cache on your device. 
3. Open the discovery+ app or reload the browser page, and try playing the video again.

If the issue persists, please contact us and include the following:

• The video or episode you were watching
• The device you were using
• The product featured in the commercial
