If you're trying to activate your discovery+ subscription through Verizon and you receive an error message that your activation was unsuccessful, try going back to your Verizon account and start the activation again.
If you already have a discovery+ subscription through Verizon, you'll need to activate all discovery+ services using the same email address you used to set up your existing discovery+.

If you received an error message after trying to redeem your code, and are unsure whether your redemption was successful, or you're redirected to a billing page, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in with your email and password
- Select the account icon.
- Choose "Account" from the dropdown menu.
- On the "Manage Your Account"page, check the Plan module. This will confirm whether your Verizon subscription has been activated.
