If you get a 'Sorry, there seems to be a technical issue' error message, try disabling 'Video Enhancer' and/or 'Vibrant Color Effect' in your device display settings. Here's how:
Disable Video Enhancer
- On your Android device, open the Settings app.
- Search for 'Video Enhancer'.
- Select Video Enhancer, and then toggle it off.
- Open discovery+, and try watching something.
Disable Vibrant Color Effect
- On your Android device, open the Settings app.
- Search for 'Vibrant Color Effect'.
- Select Vibrant Color Effect, and then toggle it off.
- Open discovery+, and try watching something.
