What’s happening to my MotorTrend+ subscription?
On 28 March 2024, if you subscribed to MotorTrend+, one of two things happened:
- You automatically became a discovery+ (Ad-Free) subscriber and got access to MotorTrend+ video content. To learn more, go to I automatically became a discovery+ subscriber.
- OR - - Your subscription simply ended on 28 March 2024 and there will be no further charges. For refund questions, go to My subscription simply ended.

I automatically became a discovery+ subscriber
If you got an email notification that you automatically became a discovery+ subscriber, here’s what happened:
On or shortly before 28 March 2024,
- You automatically became a discovery+ (Ad-Free) subscriber.
- The videos you loved on MotorTrend+ will be on discovery+!
- You’ll use your MotorTrend+ email and password to sign in to discovery+.
My subscription simply ended

If you got an email notification that your MotorTrend+ subscription simply ended, here’s what happened:
- Your subscription ended on 28 March 2024.
- There will be no further charges.
Will I get a refund? Find who bills you below to learn more:
- Billed by MotorTrend - If MotorTrend bills you, you’ll receive a refund for the time remaining on your current subscription.
- Billed by another provider - If you subscribed via Amazon, Apple, Comcast, Google, or Roku, please contact them for refund info.
Note Refunds do not apply to MotorTrend+ subscribers who automatically became discovery+ subscribers.
