There are many reasons why you may have been charged more than you expected, including:
- Taxes - Dependent on your billing location, required taxes are calculated on and billed in addition to your monthly subscription charges. To find your monthly payment total, visit Manage My Account and select “View Charges” in the Billing module.
- Changes to Your Plan - If you, or someone with access to your account, changed your subscription plan, you will see changes to the amount of your monthly bill.
